We are a quality tool and die manufacturer in business since 1969. Located in our 30,000 sqft facility in Lapeer, Michigan, we specialize in the complete design and build of dies with a maximum tonnage of 400 tons. Our services also include die repair/tryout, CNC machining, welding, and fixtures. Our specialty is the design and manufacture of progressive stamping dies, line dies, and transfer dies with a maximum footprint of 82" x 32" up to 400 tons. We also offer emergency die repair and tryout, machining services, fixtures and welding.
METAL STAMPING DIES
Utilizing 50+ years of die-building experience and Cimatron integrated CAD/CAM software, our stamping dies are expertly engineered to ensure cost-effectiveness, tool-longevity, and quality part production. We pride ourselves in build-excellence, and manufacture dies that we would want to maintain and run, enabling you to meet your manufacturing demands with confidence.
EMERGENCY DIE REPAIR
We know that every minute your die is down costs you money - we offer timely repairs on both entire die-sets as well as individual die-sections. We can offer repair or replacement, as well as re-engineering a troublesome section to prevent needless repairs in the future.
CNC Machining
We offer both conventional and CNC machining services on a small project basis or for a large scale production run.
WELDING
In addition to die-repair, we offer welding services for small one-time projects as well as production-scale resistance welding.
